I'm not some kind of a chef guru but pancakes are definitely my speciality. Actually, most daily meals are in our house usually made by women, and therefore I don't cook a lot. However, when there is a desire for pancakes, the kitchen is for the next 30 minutes or so reserved just for me.

These AWESOME BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN ROLLS have been a family tradition passed downed from my mother-in-law to me and to my daughter and will probably be passed down to my grandchildren also!!!! We are always wondering and questioning ourselves on finding someting healthy and nutritious to eat without a lot of sugar and calories.
